Unlike cardio kickboxing, you will learn proper body positioning and angles when punching and kicking by learning the applications of San Shou Kickboxing, a Chinese martial art. This medium to high impact workout will help you lose weight, gain flexibility, and give you self defense skills in the event that you need them.


Core Conditioning

Our Core Conditioning class is a medium to high impact workout designed to increase strength, balance and conditioning targeting the body’s core muscles. While the target area is the same, the workout varies from class to class to keep you out of your comfort zone. Set to music.



QiGong is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space. There are both external movements and internal movements -- which make QiGong a superior health and wellness practice. In keeping with our Academy, we practice the Shaolin Eighteen Lohan Hands forms.
